Eating Disorder Intensives for Women and the LGBTQIA+ Community in Providence, RI.
Serving all of MA, RI, VT, and VA.
You need transformation now.
Are you ready to start experiencing relief? Do you want to do a deep dive into your mental health and get the tools you need to make immediate change? Do you feel like one-hour therapy sessions just aren’t enough to talk about everything you need? Or maybe you’ve been in recovery and need something to bring you to the next level?
An intensive session can bring you transformative work in a single weekend.
We will meet for a consultation and pre-intensive session to design a weekend that is targeted toward your individual needs. Then we will meet for four hours on both Saturday and Sunday, doing a deep dive into your mental health and creating changes you can see right away. After the intensive, we will meet again for a follow-up designed to help you determine the next steps in your recovery journey.
I’ll send you a customized workbook and care package to ensure you have all the tools you need to complete your intensive work right from the comfort of your home.
If you’re ready to dig in to your recovery and start feeling more empowered, confident, and in control, contact me for a free consultation today.

Intensives are designed to create transformative work in a short amount of time. While each therapy session is helpful, there is a natural settling in and closing out process that decreases the amount of time working on your goals. In addition, changes happen from session to session, so each appointment looks different. Intensives allow us to stay focused for extended periods of time. They allow us to complete deeper dives because there is less of a time constraint. This allows clients to take big steps forward in their recovery journey in shorter periods of time.

Intensives are a good fit for almost anyone because we will tailor the work to your needs. However, in order to get the most out of an intensive, it’s important to ensure you have enough time to devote to the work. Intensives are draining, and most people feel like they need to rest and relax after each session.

Intensives cost $2,100. This includes a pre- and post-intensive session and four hours on both Saturday and Sunday. It also includes a workbook customized to your session, as well as the tools you need to complete the process from home. I realize this is a big investment, and consultations for intensives are thirty minutes to ensure you are comfortable moving forward.

Clients who complete an intensive or “one and done” session always have priority on my waiting list for short- or long-term therapy.
